Street noise was a constant hum, particularly in rooms facing the road, which might keep light sleepers up at night. Bathrooms felt a bit cramped, and the lack of double glazing didn’t help with the sound issues. Some guests also mentioned delays in breakfast service. if you’re in a hurry, that could throw a wrench in your plans. Lastly, the stairs were steep, which could be tricky for anyone carrying heavy bags or with mobility issues.

Had a canny time at this place, like! The breakfast was proper lush, made to order with veggie options too. Only downside was the parking can be a bit tight, but a small price for such a warm welcome from the hosts, eh?

the room was so small I almost couldn’t move, and the shower, oh my, I definitely couldn’t wash my hair in that! I woudl ve been thrilled with a room upgrade, considering the inconvenience, but alas, that’s just reserved for special guests, I guess. almost gave a good review though, but couldn’t. disapointing!

The parking area is somewhat limited.

Had a blast staying here with my friends! Jules and Ray were so helpful, and the location was perfect for exploring the local area. We visited the Sub-tropical gardens and enjoyed the stunning beach views. The breakfast was fresh, and we appreciated the cleanliness throughout the guesthouse. Definitely recommend checking it out for a laid-back getaway.
The only downside was that the bathroom was quite small, making it a bit tricky to move around comfortably.

Single travelers paradise
I had a fantastic time here, from the moment I arrived, Julie was absolute gold, super accommodating with any requests I had. The breakfast was nothing short of amazing, I swapped out pork for veggie sausages with no fuss at all,, and it tasted heavenly.
It wasn’t exactly a bargain, but considering the service and quality, I'd say it was acceptable.

The full English breakfast each morning was a delightful way to start the day, with a variety of options that catered to different tastes. The clean room offered essential amenities including a fridge stocked with refreshments, making it a comfortable retreat after exploring the nearby beach. tight parking availability proved challenging, and the noise from the street occasionally interrupted the tranquility of the stay. the bathroom felt cramped, which affected the overall comfort experience.

Perfect hosts and comfy rooms
Jules and Ray made us feel super welcome from the get-go! They were so helpful with our bags. The breakfast was delish, especially that full English! The room was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. The only thing is that parking can be a bit tight. it was a great experience!

Just a suitable option for a break on long journey in Weymouth, definitely value for money. The fridge in the room was a nice touch for keeping drinks cool. Make sure to ask about breakfast times to avoid surprises.
